While koljash doesn't often show dryland fowl (chooks) at poultry exhibitions,   birds kept have been sourced from breeders at the top of their game.   In this way,  any bred and sold on can be assured to be as good as any.


koljash has chosen to keep bantam versions of large breeds, for the benefit of reduced food and space requirements.   These birds have shown to be consistent layers of eggs weighing between 55 and 60g.  They have kind and calm natures, and are a pleasure to handle.
